B.Ed. Program

About the B.Ed. Program

Building reflective, innovative, and inclusive educators for modern India.

What is the B.Ed. Program?

The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is a two-year professional degree program regulated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University (BSAEU), formerly WBUTTEPA, in West Bengal. It is a mandatory qualification for teaching at the secondary and senior secondary levels in government and private schools across India.

Program Philosophy

Our pedagogical approach is grounded in the principles of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) and NCTE Regulations 2014. We believe that effective teaching is both a science and an art — built on solid theoretical knowledge, sharpened through critical inquiry, and expressed through compassionate, responsive classroom practice.
